This retreat is for anyone longing to slow down, move with intention, and feel more like themselves again. It’s for those craving space—space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with both the world around them and the world within.
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just returning to your mat, this week is about presence, not perfection. Mornings begin with all-levels movement to ground and energize. Optional afternoon/evening classes—ranging from Pilates-inspired movement to gentle breath and stretch—offer a chance to restore and reset.
We’ll share nourishing meals, meaningful conversation, and plenty of laughter. You’ll be surrounded by a welcoming community where every body is celebrated and every journey honored.
Come solo or with a friend. Come exactly as you are. There’s space for you here.

Energizing and restorative yoga and pilates sessions for all levels.

Nourishing cuisine prepared with local ingredients.

Stunning views of coastline and surronding nature.

Kayaking along the coast, winery visit, coastal hikes, and more.
We’ll be staying at a breezy, sun-filled villa tucked along Portugal’s southern coast. With wide ocean views, cozy shared spaces, and peaceful rooms, it’s the kind of place that makes it easy to breathe a little deeper and move at your own pace.
Each day will include grounding yoga classes and space to explore—think cliffside hikes, oceanside meditation, and wandering the nearby seaside towns. Whether you’re watching the sunset from the garden, lounging by the pool, or sipping coffee on the terrace, this is your space to rest, connect, and feel restored.
The entire lodge is ours for the week. It includes:
An open-air yoga shala
Indoor & outdoor pools
Private gardens
You’ll be nourished with thoughtfully prepared meals from our private chef, and all yoga mats and props will be provided.

Katie Peters is a yoga teacher, outdoor adventurer, and nature lover who brings playful, functional movement to every class. Her teaching blends creative, flowy transitions with mobility-focused mindfulness—shaped by her own healing journey through injury and recovery. She teaches styles ranging from vinyasa and sculpt to yoga-lates, chair yoga, and kids yoga, and has guided students from age 4 to 100 (yes, really!). Her approach is rooted in the belief that movement should be joyful, accessible, and feel good in your body. With experience as an outdoor guide and a love for travel, Katie has taught yoga around the world—including on a remote Pacific island where fellow sailors swam to shore for class beneath the palms. Whether in a studio, on a trail, or by the sea, she creates welcoming spaces where everyone can connect to breath, body, and a sense of play.
